When is the referral fee paid?

Yes. We accept qualified referrals for residential buyers, sellers, renters, investors, relocation clients, second-home buyers, and luxury residential clients in the South Florida markets we serve.
Do you guarantee that a referral will close?
No. Real estate outcomes depend on the client, the market, financing, property availability, and other factors. A referral fee is earned only if the referred side successfully closes and the conditions in the executed referral agreement are satisfied.
