VidaLux is a real estate information and brokerage website. Browsing properties, using a calculator, creating an account, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself establish an agency relationship, representation agreement, fiduciary duty, or promise to provide services. Any brokerage engagement, commission, referral agreement, or real estate transaction terms are governed by separate written agreements when applicable.

Individuals or agents featured on the site may have separate brokerage affiliations. Verify the responsible brokerage and license status before entering an agreement. Vida Luxury Group LLC is a Florida real estate brokerage, license CQ1074592.

Listing data, availability, and estimates

Listings, prices, photos, status, market history, property features, association information, approvals, and dates may originate from MLS/IDX participants or other third parties. Information can be incomplete, change without notice, or become unavailable. A closed, pending, withdrawn, or otherwise historical listing should not be treated as currently available. Verify material details and current availability independently before acting.

VidaValue™, mortgage and rental calculators, property comparisons, Condo Intelligence, market summaries, and any association approval timelines are informational tools, not guarantees. Estimates are not appraisals, legal or tax advice, loan offers, insurance quotes, professional comparative market analyses, or assured outcomes. Approval timing, association rules, assessments, building condition, and eligibility must be verified with appropriate professionals or the relevant association.

Accounts, acceptable use, and submitted information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities using your account. Provide accurate information, use a strong password, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, service integrity, or comply with law.

Use the website only for lawful personal, informational, or legitimate brokerage-related purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, misuse forms, send spam, extract private user data, or systematically scrape, republish, or redistribute MLS content or protected images. Contact requests and account notifications may be delivered through third-party services. Submitting a request does not guarantee a response time, property availability, appointment, association decision, financing, or transaction. Optional saved-search alerts may depend on verified email, MLS updates, and a scheduled service rather than immediate real-time notice.

External websites and tools, including MLS providers, vendors, lenders, social networks, and association resources, have separate terms and practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or acts merely because they are linked from the website.
